How long does it take to get the school up and running?+

One day. We set up the school, the classes and team access with you. Families join on their own with a code. Before every school year we run an onboarding demo for the team and new families.

Does our team need training?+

No. The panel is designed so leadership, front office and teachers can use it without a manual. Even so, onboarding includes a hands-on session and direct support whenever you need it.

Who owns the data?+

The school. Cortile acts as data processor: data is encrypted, hosted in the EU and never sold or shared with third parties. Full GDPR compliance, with special care as children's data is involved.

What do families need to use it?+

Just a phone with a browser. Cortile installs from a link onto the home screen — no App Store or Play Store — and receives notifications like any app. Each family uses it in their own language.

How much does it cost?+

The first 3 founding schools get free access for life. From the 4th school onwards, Cortile runs on an annual per-school subscription at a special launch price — no per-family cost, no surprises.

Does it replace our school management platform?+

It doesn't aim to replace your academic ERP. Cortile solves the family communication layer: announcements, appointments, shared grades and community. It coexists happily with your current tools.

What support do we get after launch?+

Direct email support with fast response, an onboarding demo before every school year, and all product improvements included. Cortile evolves continuously with feedback from schools.
